Marketing using the phone and Skype is one way to stay in contact without feeling you are doing it all by yourself. With skype you can be talking to one person and writing to several others, multi -tasking tool that is super.
There are things that will be only done when you are by yourself, bookkeeping, securing a budget, writing your blogs, articles. There are forum posts that will build your back links, but this is something that takes time to have others to respond to.
In some marketing programs they have conference rooms to train the people in, this makes it seem more like you are part of a team in a legitimate business role.
